Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer has been responsible for the property management business of IC Immobilen Gruppe as Managing Director since April 2019.
From 2016 to 2019, she was Branch Manager of the Munich office. After joining the company in June 2016, she assumed responsibility for commercial property management in Munich.
Before joining IC Immobilien, Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer worked for Cushman & Wakefield from 2012 to 2016 as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader Asset Services. From 2006 to 2012, she worked in the field of shopping centre, retail property and retail park letting for Prime Real Estate Consulting GmbH.
As a business economist with an additional academic specialisation in real estate, Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer has more than 16 years of experience in a range of professional and management positions throughout the real estate industry.

Michael Greis has been responsible for the property management business of IC Immobilen Gruppe as Managing Director since April 2019.
From 2017 to 2022, he was Branch Manager of the Frankfurt office. He joined IC Immobilien in June 2016 and was appointed to lead the technical property management department.
Before joining IC Immobilien, he worked as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader Property & Asset Management for Cushman & Wakefield from 2012 to 2016 and as a Facility Manager in Property Management for Jones Lang LaSalle from 2010 to 2012.
With the equivalent of a master’s degree in industrial engineering (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. (FH)), Michael Greis has more than 13 years of experience in a range of specialist and management positions throughout the real estate industry.

Bettina Höffmann has been responsible for the property management business of IC Immobilen Gruppe as Managing Director since October 2022.
From 2019 to 2022, she was responsible for the organizational and operational structure of HIH Property Management GmbH (HPM) as a member of the Executive Board. Having joined the company as a Technical Property Manager in November 2012, she was Branch Manager of the Cologne office from 2016 to 2019. Then, from 2019 to 2022, she oversaw the structural and procedural organisation of HIH Property Management GmbH (HPM) as a Member of the HPM Management Board. In May 2022, she also assumed interim leadership of the Berlin office.
Before joining HPM, Bettina Höffmann worked as a Technical Construction and Project Manager for the French family association Milliez, among others.
With the equivalent of a master’s degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)), Bettina Höffmann has more than 21 years of experience in a range of specialist and management positions throughout the real estate industry.

Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald has been responsible for the property management business of IC Immobilen Gruppe as Managing Director since April 2019.
Upon joining the company in December 2015, he was responsible for managing the customer accounting, commercial data management and controlling and reporting divisions. During this time, he was responsible for the expansion of property management services for regulated clients on clients’ own system landscapes and high-quality automated data transfer. From 2020 to 2022, he was Branch Manager of the Berlin office.
Before joining IC Immobilien, Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald worked as Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting and Team Leader Controlling at Estama Gesellschaft für Real Estate Management GmbH from 2011 to 2015.
As a Master of International Business with a specialisation in International Finance, Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald has more than 16 years of experience in a range of specialist and management positions throughout the real estate industry.
