Benjamin Kurz has been Head of Project Management since January 2023 at IC Immobilien Gruppe. From joining the company in November 2019 until September 2021, he worked as a Technical Property Manager and Client Manager for national and international investors in our group of companies.
Before joining IC Immobilien Group, he worked as Technical Asset Manager at Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH from 2017 to 2019 and previously as Technical Property Manager for IC Property Management GmbH from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, he supported Jones Lang LaSalle as Technical Property Manager from 2013 to 2016 and Marstall Verwaltungsgesellschaft from 2010 to 2013.
Thanks to his professional roots in the construction industry from 1995 to 2010, Benjamin Kurz has broad real estate expertise and more than 20 years of experience in various specialist and management positions in the construction and real estate industry.
