Michael Fürnstein, authorised signatory of IC Asset Management GmbH and IC Immobilien Service GmbH, has been Head of Asset and Fund Management at IC Immobilien since March 2022.
From joining the company in 2007 to 2017, he managed a wide range of office, retail and logistics properties on behalf of national and international investors as an Asset and Client Manager. In 2018, he took over as head of the Munich asset management team.
Having graduated as a Diplom-Kaufmann (equivalent to an MBA) with a specialisation in real estate management from the University of Regensburg, Michael Fürnstein has more than 16 years of experience in the international real estate industry.
