Melanie Heller, authorised signatory of IC Asset Management GmbH, has been responsible for the Germany-wide letting business of IC Immobilien Gruppe as Head of Letting since April 2007.
In this position, she is responsible for the further development and letting of commercial properties, the management of the letting team and the development of new letting approaches.
Before joining the IC Immobilien Group, Melanie Heller worked at Rreef, formerly DB Real Estate GmbH, from 2001 to 2007 as a property manager specializing in the letting of commercial properties. From 1997 to 2001, she was responsible for the management of state-subsidized condominiums at SAB Spar- und Anlageberatung.
Melanie Heller has more than 27 years of experience in various specialist and management positions in the real estate industry.
