RabensteinCenter in Chemnitz is being refurbished

Immobilien Zeitung has reported that the area for retailers in the RabensteinCenter on Oberfrohnaer Straße in Chemnitz, which was built in 1997, will be reduced by 1,000 m². The owner, IC Fonds & Co. Rabensteincenter, is leaving this space to the watch and jewellery retailer Zeitauktion, which will use it as an office and workshop.
