IC manages the Rheinkontor office building in Mainz

The Immobilien Zeitung, Konii and Deal Magazine report that Wealthcap has appointed IC Immobilien Gruppe to manage the property of the Rheinkontor office building in Mainz Zollhaften. IC has been responsible for commercial, technical and accounting property management since November 14.

The 15,400 square meters of office space were completed this year and are 96% leased. The main tenant is Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.
