IC lets 800 square metres to the Euro-Schulen-Organisation (ESO) in Chemnitz
Unterschleißheim near Munich, 23 September 2012 – The IC Immobilien Gruppe has succeeded in letting approx. 800 square metres of the “Schmidt-Bank-Passage” in Chemnitz city centre to the Euro-Schulen-Organisation (Euro-Schools-Organisation, ESO), one of the largest associations of private education establishments in Germany. The bank and business building comprises a total rentable area of 8,380 square metres. The principal tenant is the Commerzbank, occupying 1,800 m2. As of April 2012, it has been joined, among others, by the IC Immobilien Gruppe itself, whose Chemnitz office occupies a further 800 m2. Built in 1997, the property is owned by the closed-end real estate fund “IC Deutschland 12”.
