The Immobilien Zeitung as well as Konii and Deal Magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with commercial and accounting property management for the Seeländer area in Herrenberg, Baden-Württemberg.

The property has a gross surface area of approximately 22,400 square meters, divided among commercial, restaurant and retail space as well as apartments.
