IC Immobilien manages Freiburg Medicus with 9.600m² for Wealthcap

The Immobilien Zeitung, Deal Magazine, Property Magazine and Konii announce that IC Immobilien Group has been mandated with the technical, commercial and accounting property management for the "Medicus" office campus in Freiburg im Breisgau as of October 1, 2020. The owner of the property at Waldkircher Strasse 28 is the Real Asset and Investment Manager Wealthcap. The property has around 9.600 square meters of office, retail and restaurant space as well as 36 underground parking spaces. The tenant structure is highly diversified and includes various branches from the service and gastronomy sector such as IT companies, auditors and an engineering office.
