IC Immobilien manages City Center in Wiesloch

Immobilien Zeitung, Handelsimmobilien Heute and Deal Magazin report that in August 2020, IC Immobilien Gruppe was entrusted with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for the Wiesloch City Center "KUBUS AM ADENAUER", a joint venture of the FAY Group and merz objektbau GmbH & Co. KG. The property is the original Dannheimer department store, which was comprehensively revitalized between 2018 and 2020. The modern City Center has around 6.000 square meters of retail, gastronomy, practice and office space as well as an underground car park with 61 parking spaces, some of which are public. Around 90 percent of the space is currently leased.
