IC Immobilien leases out more than 1,000 m² in the RabensteinCenter Chemnitz

IC Immobilien Gruppe has leased out more than 1,000 square metres in the long term in the RabensteinCenter at Oberfrohnaer Strasse 62 to 74 in Chemnitz to Zeitauktion GmbH, one of the largest and top-selling providers of high-quality brand-name watches and jewellery in Germany.

The consolidation of several retail areas in the RabensteinCenter for re-letting to an individual tenant is part of the concept for the refocus of the neighbourhood shopping centre in the western part of Chemnitz. The resulting areas can be used in an optimum manner by Zeitauktion GmbH as an office with adjoining timepiece workshop.

The owner of the office building and business premises, the real estate fund IC Fonds & Co. Rabensteincenter KG, has commissioned IC Immobilien Gruppe with the asset management, the leasing, the project management and accompanying the conversion work. In total the neighbourhood shopping centre and community centre – which was built in 1997 – has just over 10,000 square metres of retail, warehouse, residential and office areas, of which some 9,500 square metres are now leased.
