IC Immobilien Gruppe wins property management mandate for mixed-use property with around 6,800 square meters in Düsseldorf's old town

Immobilien Zeitung, Thomas Daily as well as Property Magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe has taken over the commercial, technical and accounting property management for the building section AQ1 in Düsseldorf's "Andreas Quartier" in Mühlenstraße, directly in Düsseldorf's Old Town, in January 2021.

The total leasable area is around 6,800 square meters.
