IC Immobilien Gruppe wins property management mandate for approximately 80,000 square meters from MEAG

Immobilien Zeitung, Deal Magazine and Property Magazine reported that IC Immobilien Gruppe will take over the property management for a total of nine retail parks with a total leasable area of approximately 80,000 square meters from MEAG until December 2021.

The portfolio is diversified across Germany and has a sustainable tenant structure comprising convenience stores, drugstores, DIY stores, other retailers and complementary office users.
