IC Immobilien Gruppe sells office property in Plauen

IC Immobilien Gruppe has sold an office building in Plauen owned by IC Fonds & Co. Immobilien-Beteiligung 16. KG to Solidas Immobilien und Grundbesitz GmbH, Augsburg.

The office complex, which was completed in the year 2000, has a total leasable area of approx. 10,800 square metres. The office areas, which are fully leased, are to be supplemented with retail areas on the ground floor. As the fund manager IC Immobilien Gruppe was responsible for accompanying all aspects of the transaction and its processing.
