IC Immobilien Gruppe and Wealthcap lease office space at Westhafen Pier to ATP

Konii, Deal Magazine and Property Magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe and Wealthcap have signed a long-term lease for 2,100 square meters in Frankfurt's Westhafen-Pier to architecture and engineering firm ATP Frankfurt GmbH.

The property, which construction was completed in 2003 and whose leasing management has been handled by IC Immobilien Gruppe since 2018, has a total leasable area of around 17,000 square meters and an underground parking lot with over 300 spaces.
