IC Immobilien Gruppe to manage portfolio of ca. 150,000 m² for GARBE

• First mandate from GARBE for nationwide retail, hotel and office portfolio

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded a large-scale property management mandate by GARBE Institutional Capital Deutschland GmbH as of 01.01.2025. The portfolio with seven commercial properties throughout Germany is the first cooperation between GARBE and IC Immobilien Gruppe. In total the portfolio encompasses leasable space of approx. 150,000 square metres, with the primary focus on the retail trade, supplemented by the hotel and office asset classes.

The portfolio has a diverse mix of tenants comprising renowned retailers and food trading companies, as well as well-known hotel brands such as NH and InterCity. In the future IC Immobilien Gruppe will be responsible for the commercial, technical and accounting property management of the portfolio.
