IC Immobilien Gruppe to manage “MITZSCH” with approx. 10,500 m² of office space in Leipzig for FAY

• More than 60 per cent of new construction from 2024 to KfW-55 standard and with DGNB Gold certification already leased

Frankfurt am Main, 26 November 2024 – IC Immobilien Gruppe is expanding its cooperation with FAY Projects and assuming the commercial, technical and accounting property management for “MITZSCH” in Leipzig. The new office building at Maximilianallee 1 was completed in 2024 and encompasses a total of approx. 10,500 square me-tres of leasable space, of which more than 60 per cent has already been leased.

With a photovoltaic system, heat pumps, state-of-the-art sustainable con-struction materials, and a bicycle storeroom and workshop, the modern mul-ti-tenant property meets the highest sustainability standards, and has been awarded KfW Efficiency House 55 and DGNB Gold certificates.
