IC Immobilien Gruppe takes up property management for part of FOUR Frankfurt’s Tower 3

• Owner Commerz Real has once again mandated IC Immobilien Gruppe
• Asset completed in 2024 encompasses approx. 10,900 square metres of hotel and retail space 

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the mandate for the commercial, technical and accounting property management of the basement floor of Tower 3 of FOUR Frankfurt by the building’s owner, Commerz Real. Thus the two companies are further expanding their long-standing collaboration, which goes back many years.

The multi-tenant asset at Junghofstrasse 7 was completed in 2024 and encompasses a total of approx. 10,900 square metres of hotel and retail space. The anchor tenant is the luxury boutique hotel Kimpton Main Frankfurt with 155 rooms. Commerz Real acquired the construction project for its real estate fund Hausinvest. The basement-level façade of the 120-metre-high property is protected by historic monument legislation. In total FOUR Frankfurt comprises a complex of four high-rise buildings on an area formerly occupied by Deutsche Bank.
