IC Immobilien Gruppe takes over property management mandate of the "Flexgate" at BER

Immobilien Zeitung and Deal Magazin have announced that IC Immobilien Gruppe will take over the property management mandate for "Flexgate" at Berlin Airport on July 1, 2022.

The 14,300-square-meter property will be put into operation on the same date. In addition to flexible, modern office space, tenants will have access to around 200 parking spaces and various charging stations for electric cars.
