IC Immobilien Gruppe takes over property management mandate for 16 Commerz Real properties

Immobilien Zeitung, Handelsblatt Inside Real Estate and Immobilien Manager reported that IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the commercial, technical and accounting property management mandate for 16 of Commerz Real's commercial properties.

The mandate includes approximately 137,000 square meters of total leasable space, which is divided into office and retail properties, including proportionate apartments, as well as hotels. The properties are located primarily in northern and eastern Germany.
