IC Immobilien Gruppe takes over additional property management mandates for HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been engaged to carry out commercial, technical and financial property management for two commercial properties from a special real estate fund belonging to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG in Hamburg. The Phoenix-Kontor in Hamburg’s inner city has a total rental area of approx. 4,000 square metres and is fully let. Tenants of the property are a boarding house, the catering trade and office users. The second property in the equally centrally located Hohe Bleichen has a total rental area of approx. 2,100 square metres and is also fully let. Tenants are retail stores and office users. IC Immobilien Gruppe already manages four other properties nationwide for HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG.
