IC Immobilien Gruppe sells plot of land with approx. 3,600 m2 for a German pension fund
As the representative of the owner, IC Immobilien Gruppe has sold a plot of land in Frankfurt-Bockenheim measuring approx. 3,600 m2 as an off-market deal to the city of Frankfurt on behalf of a German pension fund.
Among the utilised services were the management in full of the selling process, the selection and evaluation of bids, the management of all legal and technical service providers, as well as the contractual negotiations through to signing.
