IC Immobilien Gruppe sells office and residential property in Waldsassen

Deal Magazine as well as Konii and Property Magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe, on behalf of EuroVal Immobilienbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG has sold an office and residential property built in 1929 at Prinz-Ludwig-Strasse 20 in Waldsassen, northeast Bavaria, to the city of Waldsassen. The total leasable area of the property is 650 square meters.
