IC Immobilien Gruppe sells office and residential property in Waldsassen

In its capacity as the representative of the owner, IC Immobilien Gruppe has sold an office and residential building at Prinz-Ludwig-Strasse 20 in Waldsassen, a town in north-east Bavaria, on behalf of EuroVal Immobilienbeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG to the City of Waldsassen for ca. 190,000 euros.

The commercial property in the historic centre of Waldsassen was erected in 1929 and has a total leasable area of approx. 650 square metres. The municipality of Waldsassen is located very close to border between Germany and the Czech Republic, about an hour’s drive south-east of the town of Hof.
