IC Immobilien Gruppe secures property management mandates for three properties owned by HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG open-ended special AIFs

IC Immobilien Gruppe took over the commercial and technical property management of three office properties owned by the Hamburg-based asset manager HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG in April 2017. The property management mandates encompass a total of approx. 28,000 square metres of office space in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg.
