IC Immobilien Gruppe receives property management mandate from Commerz Real for two Berlin office properties

The Immobilien Zeitung, Konii and Deal Magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the commercial, technical and accounting property management mandate for two Berlin office properties from the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund hausInvest by Commerz Real as of January 1, 2021.

The centrally located buildings with 16,600 square meters, divided into 11,800 and 4,800 square meters of rental space, are almost fully leased with a vacancy rate of less than one percent.
