IC Immobilien Gruppe receives property management mandate for the City Campus (formerly Airport Bureau Center) at Berlin-Tegel airport

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been commissioned to carry out the property management and customer accounting for the City Campus in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The building complex previously known as the Airport Bureau Center due to its close proximity to Tegel Airport has a total rental area of approx. 55,000 square metres. Tenants at the property include public authorities, airlines, media companies and a nursery.

The building complex, built in 1995, consists of six eight-storey office buildings. The property has achieved WiredScore Gold certification for its digital infrastructure. WiredScore is a rating system for office premises which delivers the necessary transparency and access to important information about a building’s digital infrastructure.
