IC Immobilien Gruppe receives Property Management Mandate for the „City Campus“ Berlin with 56.000 sqm office area

The IC Immobilien Gruppe was mandated on 1 January, 2020 with the commercial and accounting property management for the "City Campus", Saatwinkler Damm in Berlin by the private investor Asia Pacific Land. The mandate comprises six office buildings, each with eight floors and a total lettable area of c. 56,000 square meters.

The building complex, which was built in 1995, is mainly used by authorities and media companies and has a kindergarten, a canteen and c. 480 parking spaces. Thanks to its central location in Charlottenburg-North the “City Campus” is easily accessible, with good connections to both public transport and the A100 highway. Tegel Airport is two kilometers away, City West six kilometers and the central train station eight kilometers away.
