IC Immobilien Gruppe receives property management mandate for approximately 40,000 square metres of office space in Hamburg

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been commissioned with the commercial, technical and financial property management for ‘Poseidonhaus’ in Hamburg. The commercial property is located in the centre of Hamburg and has a total leasable area of approx. 40.000 square metres. The main tenants are a global manufacturer of optical and digital precision technology, a bank and a health insurance company.
