IC Immobilien Gruppe receives property management mandate for approx. 10,000 sqm of modern office and showroom space in Frankfurt

Immobilien Zeitung and Deal Magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe has been assigned the commercial, technical and accounting property management mandate for an approximately 10,000-square-meter commercial property at Hanauer Landstrasse 166 in Frankfurt, effective December 1, 2020.

The property offers modern office and showroom space for exclusive flagship stores of a major European car dealer as well as a training center and underground parking.
