IC Immobilien Gruppe receives further property management mandate from Arbireo Capital

Immobilien Zeitung, Thomas Daily and DEAL magazine report that IC Immobilien Gruppe has been exclusively mandated by Arbireo Capital AG with commercial, technical and accounting property management for the newly launched fund "Arbireo Spezial-AIF Lebensmittel Einzelhandel 2" as of March 1, 2021.

The fund currently consists of six retail properties in Bavaria, Brandenburg, Hesse and Lower Saxony with a total rental area of around 13,000 square meters. Furthermore, an expansion to a total of 60 locations across Germany, with a target volume of approximately 250 million euros, is planned.
