IC Immobilien Gruppe received property management mandate for portfolio of care home facilities throughout Germany

IC Immobilien Gruppe received a long-term mandate by ICADE Healthcare Europe in December 2019 for the commercial, technical and financial property management for 19 nursing homes with a total net floor area of some 112,000 square metres. The retirement homes and special care home facilities have a total of about 2,300 beds.

The care home facilities are located in Lower Saxony, Thuringia, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania. High ratings were awarded for the care, nursing standards, accommodation and medical care within the facilities by the medical examination board of Germany’s statutory health insurance companies.
