IC Immobilien Gruppe lets around 230 square metres of retail space in Stuttgart
The IC Immobilien Gruppe has let around 230 square metres of office and display space in the office and commercial building it manages at Hauptstätterstraße 58 in Stuttgart. The lease agreement with Highfidelium OHG commenced on 1 January 2017 with a term of three years and an option to extend for a further three years. Highfidelium will use its new location to sell high-quality consumer electronic goods. The tenant was advised by Tenne IMMOSERVICE UG. In addition to lettings, IC Immobilien Gruppe also provides property management services to the owner of the 3,326-square-metre building, which was built in 1991.
“The building in Heusteigviertel is within walking distance of Stuttgart’s popular main shopping street, Königstraße, and is therefore an ideal location for retailers,” said Jens Herpfer MRICS, Head of IC Property Management GmbH’s Stuttgart office. Due to its central location, the property boasts excellent connections to both private and public transport infrastructure.
