IC Immobilien Gruppe lets 318 square metres in Munich
IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded a long-term lease for more than 318 square metres of office space in the commercial property it manages at Maximilianstraße 38/40, the most prestigious boulevard in Munich, Bavaria’s state capital. The new tenant is Henley Business School GmbH, which is opening its new school in Munich as a second location in Germany alongside Frankfurt am Main. The lease was agreed in collaboration with the real estate broker Aigner Immobilien GmbH, which has a number of offices in and around Munich, in addition to a presence in Frankfurt – just like the business school. Henley Business School GmbH is the German subsidiary of the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, which was founded in 1945 and has sites in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire and Reading. From its new Munich location, the school will offer executive management development programmes. Henley Business School GmbH’s long-term lease is for office space in the section of the commercial property at Maximilianstraße 38/40 which has recently been renovated by IC Immobilien Gruppe. Long-term leases are also due be concluded for the two remaining office units in this section of the building during 2017. IC Immobilien Gruppe manages the property, which has some 6,600 square metres of lettable space, on behalf of an institutional investor.
