IC Immobilien Gruppe lets 1,600 square metres to Deutsche Bahn

• Commercial property in Dresden now fully-let

IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded a lease agreement with Deutsche Bahn AG for 1,600 square metres of office space in the mixed-use commercial property it manages at Nossener Brücke 8-12 in Dresden. Deutsche Bahn, who will be able to take up occupancy as early as January 2018, has also agreed an option to extend its rental area to a total of 2,155 square metres. The lease has been agreed for an initial ten years, with two further five-year options. The property, which was built in 1995 and has almost 8,800 square metres of rental space, is now fully-let.

“In concluding this lease with Deutsche Bahn, we have ensured that the property is now fully-let”, said Heiko Dietel, Managing Director of IC Asset Management GmbH.
