IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out some 5,000 m² in Munich's Loopsite for institutional investor

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been able to lease out approx. 5,000 square metres of office space in the Munich campus “Loopsite” for an international institutional investor. The office complex was completed in 2003 and is located on Werinherstrasse, to the south east of the city centre, in the Giesing district, which has excellent traffic links. The property comprises three building sections with a total floor area of approx. 46,000 square metres.

It was possible to acquire two leading technology companies as tenants. Among the other tenants in the property are numerous European industrial groups. IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the asset management for the property, as well as the commercial, technical and accounting property management.

This is particularly true of outstanding assets such as Loopsite in Munich.
