IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out ca. 90,000 square metres in the 2022 business year

In the 2022 business year IC Immobilien Gruppe leased out or extended a total area of approx. 90,000 square metres (2021: ca. 100,000 square metres) throughout Germany. As in the previous year the main focus of the leasing and extension activities was placed on the office and retail asset classes.
