IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out ca. 62,000 square metres in the first six months of 2021

In the first six months of 2021 IC Immobilien Gruppe leased out or extended a total area of approx. 62,000 square metres throughout Germany. The main focus of the leasing and extension activities was placed on the office, retail and hotel asset classes.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the commercial leasing markets, we were able to double our leasing volume over the first six months of 2020. The attained leasing performance reflects the growth path of IC Immobilien Gruppe. In the first six months of 2020, a year characterised by the impact of the coronavirus, the full-service provider – which operates throughout Germany – attained a space turnover of some 30,000 square metres, following on from 45,000 square metres in the first six months of 2019.
