IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out ca. 3,200 m² of office space in “88North” in Munich

  • IC Immobilien Gruppe has had the asset, property and project management mandate for 88North since 2019 

IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded two lease agreements for a total of 3,200 square metres in the office property 88North which it manages at Riesstraße 16 in Munich. The full-service provider takes care of the letting, asset and property management for the building on behalf of the owner, an institutional investor, as well as the project management. 

The office complex, which was completed in 2014, offers its tenants a total of around 42,000 square metres of modern rental space, which is flooded with light and boasts a highly flexible office and meeting area concept, 6,000 square metres of warehouse space, 571 car parking spaces, a roof-top terrace and in-house gastronomy. 88North has been awarded WiredScore Gold certification in recognition of its excellent performance in terms of networking and digitalisation.  

The office complex in the Moosach district in western Munich has a user-friendly location with a direct link to the B304 main road and excellent local public transport network connections. Munich central station can be reached with the suburban rail service in approx. 10 minutes, while the immediate vicinity offers numerous shopping opportunities and the possibility to relax in the extensive green spaces of Munich’s Olympic Park.
