IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out ca. 30,000 square metres in the first six months of 2023

In the first six months of 2023 IC Immobilien Gruppe leased out or extended a total area of nearly 30,000 square metres throughout Germany (comparable period in 2022: approx. 50,000 square metres). As in previous years the main focus of the leasing and extension activities was placed on the office asset class (approx. 40 per cent), as well as on retail and gastronomy (approx. 60 per cent).
