IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out ca. 2,700 m² of office space in Three George in Düsseldorf

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been able to acquire three tenants for a total of approx. 2,730 square metres of office space in the office and retail building Three George in Düsseldorf. The tenants are a top-name fashion brand, a renowned tax consultancy, and apoprojekt, the market leader in tenant fit-outs and one of the leading providers for the transformation of commercial buildings. apoprojekt is already a long-standing tenant and has been using some 1,200 square metres in the property since 2017; as part of a lease extension it has now expanded this area by approx. 600 square metres.

In this respect the asset management team of IC Immobilien Gruppe in Munich attained long-term lease agreements of between five and seven years, respectively, on behalf of the owner, an institutional investor.

The property, which was built in 1972 and revitalised in 2016, encompasses a total leasable area of approx. 10,700 square metres and is located in the northern Düsseldorf district of Derendorf, about a ten-minute walk from the banks of the river Rhine. In addition to the leasing management, as part of the asset management mandate IC Immobilien Gruppe is also responsible for the technical, commercial and accounting property management for the building.
