IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out ca. 100,000 square metres in the 2021 business year

In the 2021 business year IC Immobilien Gruppe leased out or extended a total area of approx. 100,000 square metres throughout Germany. The main focus of the leasing and extension activities was placed on the office and retail asset classes.

“Despite the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the commercial leasing markets, and even though our leasing volume has declined by approx. 30,000 square metres in a year-on-year comparison we are satisfied with the leasing and extension volume we have attained,” says Markus Reinert FRICS, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IC Immobilien Holding GmbH.
