IC Immobilien Gruppe leases out 45,000 square metres in first six months of 2019

In the first six months of 2019 IC Immobilien Gruppe has leased out or extended existing leases for a total area of approx. 45,000 square metres throughout Germany. The focus of the leasing activities was on the office and retail asset classes.
