IC Immobilien Gruppe leases approx. 2,300 m² in Berlin, Stuttgart and Freiburg for Wealthcap

In the framework of its current leasing mandates for Wealthcap, a real asset and investment manager from Munich, IC Immobilien Gruppe has leased out a total of some 2,300 square metres of office space in Berlin, Stuttgart and Freiburg. The properties are located on Alarichstrasse in Berlin, Schelmenwasenstrasse in Stuttgart, and Schnewlinstrasse in Freiburg.

The building in Berlin-Tempelhof was completed in 1995 and has a total leasable area of approx. 13,100 square metres. The Catholic hospital operator Elisabeth Vinzenz Verbund GmbH will occupy some 1,250 square metres here, meaning the property is now fully leased again. The leasing team from IC Immobilien Gruppe brokered some 600 square metres of office space to the software developer Intland Software GmbH in Stuttgart, and approx. 450 square metres to the food delivery service Flink SE in Freiburg.
