The IC Immobilien Gruppe has been “Regulated by RICS” since the beginning of 2019 and is therefore accredited as a professional member of RICS. RICS is the world’s leading professional association of realty experts and chartered surveyors and upholds professional best practices in all areas of the property sector. It regulates and promotes the profession on the basis of high technical standards and strict business ethics. In this regard, companies undertake to uphold the highest standards of quality and to validate their compliance. Markus Reinert, Chairman/CEO of the IC Immobilien Gruppe, was awarded a RICS Fellowship (FRICS) back in 2013.
