IC Immobilien Gruppe extends lease with adagio aparthotel Köln city ahead of schedule by 10 years

Deal Magazine and Konii report that IC Immobilien Gruppe has extended its lease with Adagio Deutschland GmbH ahead of schedule for another 10 years until 2042. Aparthotel Köln City is located in the heart of Cologne's Old Town South, not far from tourist destinations such as Cologne Cathedral and Museum Ludwig. The hotel property was completed in 2012 and offers over 115 fully furnished hotel apartments including fully equipped kitchens.

The aparthotel, for which IC Immobilien Gruppe has also been mandated with asset and property management, has a total leasable area of around 5,500 square meters. The owner is a private investor.
