IC Immobilien Gruppe extends lease agreements for approx. 14,700 m² in Chemnitz

IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded long-term extensions of the lease agreements with Chemnitz Jobcenter and the Federal Employment Agency in the office property at Heinrich-Lorenz-Straße 20 in Chemnitz. The property is thus fully leased.

The building, which was completed in 1998 and is located in the Altchemnitz district of the city, encompasses approx. 14,700 square metres of leasable space and is part of the portfolio of a closed-end real estate fund. IC Immobilien Gruppe is responsible for the asset management as well as the commercial and technical property management for this fund company.
