IC Immobilien Gruppe extends four lease agreements ahead of schedule with B&B HOTELS by six years

IC Immobilien Gruppe has extended four lease agreements ahead of schedule with B&B Hotels Germany GmbH by a further six years, through to 2045 and 2048, respectively. The owner of the hotel properties, for which IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the asset and property management, is a private investor.

The hotel properties are located in Hamburg, Leipzig, Oldenburg and Schweinfurt. The hotels have been leased in the long term to the B&B HOTELS chain since their completion in 2014/2015 and have a total leasable area of ca. 12,900 square metres with 436 hotel rooms.
