IC Immobilien Gruppe receives property management mandate for serviced apartment building

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been engaged to carry out commercial, technical and financial property management for a serviced apartment building in Berlin-Karlshorst. The building belongs to a special real estate fund of HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG. The building in Treskowallee 115 has, in addition to a food and groceries retail market, 151 apartments and is part of the SMARTments business product line, developed by GBI AG.
