IC Immobilien Gruppe confirms sale of 15 com-mercial properties in Bavaria and Saxony

• Sale of a further 15 properties planned for 2019

IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded the sale of 15 properties in Bavaria and Saxony owned by EuroVal Immobilienbeteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG in 2018. Prior to the sale, IC Immobilien Gruppe provided commercial, technical, property and letting management services. All of the properties were sold fully let. The sale of a further 15 properties on behalf of EuroVal is planned for 2019.
